RETURN POLICY

We have a ‘no questions asked’ 10 days return policy only on unused items. The items returned have to be in their original state/unused and accompanied by the original packaging and tag.

The merchandise should not be in a used state. Soiled/stained/worn-out or torn merchandise will NOT be accepted. The merchandise purchased on discount cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect; in which case the customer is requested to notify the Numero Uno's Customer Support team within 10 days of receipt of the order.

For goods bought on discount, the charges paid will be returned through Numero Uno Clothing Ltd. coupons/certificates.

We always want our customers to get the most exciting bargains in our "SALE" section. as we offer huge bargains on these products, these are non returnable. "Absolutely no returns on sale items".

 

FAQs

1.    What are the payment options available to me?

Credit cards:  We accept all credit cards - VISA, MasterCard & American Express - both Indian and International.  You will have to follow your credit card companies’ process to make a payment.  Please ensure you have your IPIN ready with you as it is mandatory in India to put an IPIN number while making a credit card payment.

Debit Cards:  We accept debit cards from a select number of banks.  Please try your card and hopefully it works!

Internet Banking:  You can make an online payment via your netbanking username and password.  Again the process of payment is as per your banks' procedure.  We accept payment through Internet Banking for a select number of banks.

2.    Any hidden taxes and charges?

None at all.  All taxes (VAT, etc.) and product and service charges for deliveries and services are included in the rates mentioned.  You can also see taxes paid in your invoice.

3.    What is our shipping policy?

Numero Uno Clothing Ltd.  ships its products to almost all parts of India. Orders placed will be shipped usually within 72 hours. We ship on all days except Sunday and National Holidays.

 

4.    What is the shipping charge?

Numero Uno Clothing Ltd.  provides free shipping on most items.  For some very bulky items, there could be an additional shipping charge.  However, we disclose all charges up front for you.

5.    What is the estimated delivery time?

For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 3 to 5 business days of order placement (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays).  However items weighing over 2 kilos or high volume may take a couple of days longer to reach.  For other areas the products will be shipped through Indian Postal Service and may take 1-2 weeks depending on location.

6.    What is your returns and cancellations policy?

For goods bought on MRP, we will refund the money the way the payment was made.  If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account (less any charges we incurred at the time of billing).

The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Typically refunds are processed in less than 7 working days. We will deduct any charges we incurred at the time of initial billing and the initial shipping charges incurred by us as those are not refunded to Numero Uno Clothing Ltd. when items are returned.

For products which are incorrectly shipped, damaged in transit, with defects please send us a mail along with the clear images at customercare@nucl.in or call us on 0124-4555222 Ext.333 to obtain a Return Merchandise Number/RMA.  We will pay the return shipping charges and will send a replacement within 10 working days.  We reserve the right to pay you back in case there are no stocks left of the item returned.

7.    How do you track an order's status?

We will ship every order within 72 hours of receiving the order.  We will mail you the name of the courier company and the tracking number of your consignment in your registered email address.  In case you do not receive a mail from us within 72 hours of placing an order, please check your spam folder.  Tracking may not appear online for up to another 24 hours in some cases, so please wait until your package is scanned by the courier company.  Alternatively, you can check the same in My Account page, all relevant shipping details will be mentioned for your easy reference.

Hidden Charges (Sales tax, Octroi etc): You will get the final price during check out. Our prices are all inclusive and you need not pay anything extra.

International Locations: Currently we do not deliver to locations outside India.

Tracking Packages: We will mail you the name of the courier company and the tracking number of your consignment in your registered email address. In case you do not receive a mail from us within 72 hrs of placing an order please check your spam folder. Non-availability on Delivery: Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned back to our warehouse. Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.
